Summer Menus 2024


Relax and enjoy our private catering service during your stay at Villa Vauvert. We will take care of you, from the beginning to the end of the evening, from the preparation beforehand to the cleaning up afterwards.


Beginning with an aperitif by the pool, right through to a lavender and verbena herbal tea at the end of the meal, we will take you on a culinary tour of Provence.

Starters


Salad of seasonal vegatables, on a bed of fresh goat cheese, grilled pine nuts, balsamic cream and fresh herbs from the vegetable garden


Cavaillon melon on a tartare of melon, cucumber, tomatoes and basil, with Parma ham chips


Tarte tatin of garden tomatoes, basil and balsamic cream


Courgette charlotte with fresh goat cheese, oregano and tomato coulis



Main course


Slow baked Lamb shoulder with garlic, oregano and rosemary from the garden

Oven roasted potatoes served with a fennel, zucchini, mint and lemon salad


BBQ Seared Filet of Beef, marinated in garlic and oregano

Slow roasted tomatoes, served with a white bean purée, and a fennel, zucchini, mint and lemon salad


Grilled Chicken Filet, marinated in Greek yogurt, oregano, garlic and lemon

Aromatic yellow rice with spices, pistachios andfresh herbs, served with a cucumber salad and seasonal green salad



Dessert


Apricot and rosemary crumble, served with fresh whipped cream


Baked Peaches stuffed with almonds, amaretto and fresh mint, ice cream and amaretto syrup


Pavlova with seasonal fruits and whipped cream


White chocolate and coconut milk tart, garnished with peaches and mint leaves


Seasonal fruit salad
